Uncovering opportunities and setting direction

Diving deep into qualitative interviews with existing as well as new customers, a precise understanding of key customer behaviors and expectations was uncovered. This work is changing the way Qwil thinks about itself as a payment solution, bringing more focus to its B2B offerings and the types of customers it serves.
